Cherry & Euro Deposit bonuses not appearing

Hi guys, signed up at both casinos over the weekend and in neither one was I credited with my deposit bonus. Ive received a standard email saying they are looking into it at each site.

Ive contacted the affiliate I signed up through and He says its unusual and I would be the first one to have this happen, and queried whether I had played at them before. (which I have not at either.)

Interested to know if anyone else can relate the same experience lately.
