No, only points from 22 minutes ago and on.
You can use your old FPPs to buy special VIP stuff, though.

Keep in mind that FPPs and VIP points are not the same.

So existing FPPs carry into the VIP system, you just have to reach GoldStar status to shop?

no FPP's earned prior to Jan.01,2006 are not carried into your VIP Status which kind of sucks. FPP's are worth 1.724 cents per FPP thu in the Store for various stuff.

I think they should have automtically bumped players with large FPP balances to SilverStar or GoldStar status. I feel a wee bit under appreciated..

I don't like tournaments so I never had anything to spend them on. About 20k of those came in the last month though.
