Where the f*** are my Party points?

I had about 180k party points sitting in my account, I haven't played there in 2 months and now they are gone, WTF?! I got no email or warning or anything, do they take them away or what?

Yes, they take them away. I think their website says they will take them away after a month of inactivity. If you ask politely they will probably give them back.

They take the points away after one month of inactivity. Go to your account page, it there is a link says 'reclaim my points' then click it to get it back. Otherwise I suggest you email support, tell them you did not about this new policy,I think they will be kind enough to get your points back.

I just did the reclaim points option and it worked, I had 240k. Thanks guys, good thing I didn't send the letter I wrote to them hehe.

One more question, it says my earned points are 0, but my party points balance is 240k. Do the earned points mean anything?

earned points are for the current quarter. to keep or attain silver or gold status. the new quarter just started so everyone should be zero
