Towson +12.5
While NCW has the stronger RPI, and the Sagarin numbers show Towson should be around a 15 point dog, my stats research show these teams pretty evenly matched in the last 5 games of CAA conference play.
Both have played Delaware, Hofstra, and Old Dominion within their last 5 games. Both beat Delaware and lost to OD, Wilmington lost to Hofstra on the road while Towson beat them at home.
I am 28-36-3 right now so take this for what it's worth, but I like Towson very much as a road dog here.
