I just have to say that HPC (Julie) is the single most awesome player manager i've ever encountered. If you have any issues with your bonuses at HW, then she is the person to contact. She might take a couple of days to respond to your PMs (busy busy busy), but she'll definitely fix your problem to your satisfaction.

HW is lucky to have her.

A couple of days? She's answered every question I've submitted in less than a couple of hours. I have to say that Hollywood has the best CS of any site I've played.

I'd also like to say that Natasha has been wonderful as well. The others are all good, but Julie and Natasha stand out from the crowd.

She did answer my last question in a couple of hours. I guess it depends on if she's at work or not, and how busy she is. Either way, i don't mind waiting two days to get a good resolution.
