pokergrapher help needed

i installed pokergrapher today, but i cant get the program to open. when i try to open it, i get an error message that says "C:]WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\framework\v.1.1.4322\mscorwk s.dll could not be loaded". how do i fix this?
