Yes, you may have delete party first or use a clearn computer to create an account, but you can have accounts on both sites.

As for the clearing requirements...I suggest you learn to read pokerlisting's reviews...

You may have trouble getting the full bonus. I just did this, but my max deposit limit the first week was $500 which is only a $125 bonus. I called CS and explained and they had me deposit $500 and $100 then they manually added a $25 bonus so the total was $150.
