Wanting to sign up at HollywoodPoker, says I need to be 21

I'm 20 and it says I need to be 21. Do you guys think this will be a problem? Would they sieze my funds over it? Has anyone under 21 played there and not had any problems? Thanks for any input.

In general poker sites do not check for I.D. w/o a reason. If you play under the required age I would suggest you do not win any big MTT however.... Just in case...
