I made a $100 deposit on 32Vegas and got the $320 bonus. The T & C said no blackjack, so I decided to play Casino War to clear the bonus. I made sure it was legal by sending an e-mail asking exactly what games were legal and asking Live Chat.

Here's the e-mail listing the games which aren't allowed:

I want to make this unfairness as well known as possible. Thus, I'm posting this everywhere I can. Please spread the word. I want to help get this casino blacklisted.

Also, does anywhere know what gambling governing agency I can talk to about possibly getting the casino sanctioned?

Are you serious?

They can change their T&C's at anytime they wish...its the nature of the beast.

Thanks for posting this though...I will cross them off MY list to do, if that makes you feel better...

Doesn't casinomeister.com keep tabs on this sort of thing? livinitup, While they can change the T&C's doing so right after specifially telling someone differently's a little unethical, don't you think?

Unethical?...for sure.

Anything OP can do about it?... Doubtful.

I do agree that if this doesnt get resolved you should get a hold of casinomeister to at least get some sort of explination. Maybe get a hold of casinodave or the people at casinobouspages...they might knwo someone that can help you.

I played this sign-up a while back before they changed their terms. I recieved my cashout fine. Also, I played a 80% bonus there this morning (account specific bonus) and made $320 playing 3-card poker. Personally, I like this site. However, they have been sending me some awesome email offers. Sorry to hear about your situation.

You can clear it playing 3-card poker, auto-clicking w/just a pair plus bet. I did it with a $300 deposit, which gave me a $600 bonus. Pair plus has a house edge of 2.32% for a +EV of about $350 from the $600 bonus (10800 x 0.0232= $250.56). Casinobonuswhores.com now says to play pai gow, but the house edge is lower playing 3-card pair plus. I just did it for a $165 profit, which is well less than expected, but still not bad for just setting up the auto-clicker.

if your story is true then please get in contact with casinomeister. he will set them straight. i am waiting for a cashout from them right now and played casino war to clear it after showing them screenshots as well.

Yeah, I hadn't checked out the 3CP paytable to check the HA on it. I think the variance will be less on Pai Gow, although if you are powerclicking at $1 per hand then I guess 10000 hands is a decent sample size, even at 3CP. I guess it does end up being $44 more in EV at 3CP instead of Pai Gow. Maybe I will change the review. I wonder how long until they disallow those 2 hehe.

My response to 32 Vegas on not accepting my withdrawal:

Dear 32 Vegas Management,

I received the below email me telling me that my casino wa wagering was not eligible for the bonus clearing so my withdrawal was declined. I am incredibly upset by this fact due to the fact that I checked the website before I deposited and saw that it was allowed, AND I also took screenshots of the conversations with one of your chat operators. I also called your toll free number twice to confirm that casino war was acceptable. I wagered my 10,080 and submitted the cashout request. Now I get an email telling me I have the full 10,080 left to wager.

I am a high volume player and I would hate to see you lose me as a customer for future deposits, because I will generate far more than this amount in profit for you. I could always send an email to casinomeister and he could consider placing you on the rogue list of casinos that are not trustworthy with customers. I do not want confrontation but I will not stand by idly without making everyone aware of that fact. Other players are having trouble with you on this matter as well and they are letting the internet hear about it. it would be in your best interest because I am a professional gambler and I will not accept this.

I have attached screenshots to this email showing that you told me casino war was acceptable. I would not have deposited had I known that casino war was not acceptable. I believe the person I spoke to was named Jack, although I could be wrong. I also talked to him via 32 vegas online chat.

Please respond as soon as you can because I am very upset about this. Your support staff were short and rude with me, even though I was just stating my case.

I hope that we can resolve this matter without outside authorities. Trust me, the bad publicity and other attention that you will receive is not worth the $500 or so that you are keeping from me. I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

gibletty

of course i'm serious. as far as i know casinos are under tight scrutiny to keep things fair, since there's so much room for them to screw over customers.

this isn't a change of T&C's, i asked the question in live chat about an hour before I cleared the bonus. the live chat rep lied to me, very specifically, and I want some sort of authority to look into it. not to protect other people, but because i'm bloody pissed off.

so how long after requesting a withdrawl do you get the "sorry" e-mail. I submitted a cashout request this morning and I'm waiting on the e-mail that says I'm screwed.

Changing the terms and conditions after they have your deposit is a form of cheating.

Unfortunately, there are no "authorities" to turn to, and internet casinos are not under any particular scrutiny.

It really is the "wild west" when it comes to gambling on the internet.

Hold onto your screenshots and emails, and warn as many other players as possible. Bad publicity is the only thing an internet casino is really afraid of, because it might cost them future players.

You might try winneronline, in addition to casinomeister. My best guess is casinos don't care much what people here think of them.

Even if the T&C excluded casino war before I deposited, the fact that the support staff told us that it was an acceptable means of clearing the bonus means that it is cheating.

i also tried 32vegas casino, deposited $200 and recieved a $640 bonus. I wagered the whole $10080 on casino war ending at $420 including bonus. I tried to withdraw and few hours later recieved same message you guys got.

I did not know what to do then, so i just tried to grind out another $10080 playing 3 card poker..
BUSTO..

Even more the reason to stay away, I think this might turn into a fly by night operation too. The way these bonuses keep changing and the high roller deposits, seems like they might just run with the money.

Also when I went to their site earlier the LiveChat box popped up immediately with a rep trying to get me to join. When I said I didn't have time they offered an additional bonus if I signed up right then. I would not be surprised if they are on commission or some sort of bonus for number of signups.

Additionally it is somewhat unsavory to me that they are using the name 32vegas when there is already a casino with the name 32Red and quite a few "vegas' casinos.

FWIW, I did this one about 2 weeks ago using war and was paid my $310 profit with no problems after about 4 days. I think they lost so much money in the last 4 days on the casino war players that they had to change the T&C. What probably happened is they made the decision to exclude War sometime on the 1st, but didn't get around to changing the web site until the 3rd-4th and they are trying to screw the players that deposited in the interim since according to the T&C they can change the T&C whenever they want. It is stupid anyhow because it is still insanely EV at Pai Gow or 3 Card Poker, which are still allowed. I still believe if you have your chat logs/screenshots etc and keep pestering them about it, you will get paid even if you played war.

I did this bonus after checking the terms and conditions on the site and saw that casino war was not blacklisted. I completed it and afterwards asked support to confirm I had finished the wagering requirements, they said I still had the full requirements to go and that casino war was restricted. I checked their web terms and conditions for this specific bonus and it still didnt mention casino war. Ive called them and talked to support several times, they said they would forward my email to the audit department but I havent heard back. That was two days ago, I called again today and somebody tried to forward my call to management and after 10 minutes came back and said they werent picking up and that they would forward my email. So yea, Im still waiting on this, if it werent a $500 deposit I wouldnt be as worried about this, but because it was a fairly large depost I am worried about getting my money back. Any ideas?

I opened an account and despite what the website says, the email they send out says you can get a $640 bonus. I contacted live help who tried to say only $320, but I continued to complain that email says $640 until he gave it to me. $320 was credited automatically on deposit and the remaining $320 was manually credited while I waited.

I cleared the bonus using Poker Three (the name they use for Three Card Poker). I just submitted my withdrawal request about an hour or so ago and their automated email says that withdrawals stay pending for four business days.

I have the exact same situation you do - exact.

"Yes send an email to us with management in the subject line and we will forward it to them"
"Um I already did this, I want to talk to management now"
"Well management isn't here right now, call back in the morning hours tomorrow between 9 and 11"

So I call back the next day between 9 and 11

"Please connect me to management"
"Sir, we ask that you first e-mail them with the subject line please forward to management"
"I already did that yesterday, please connect me to management.
"One second."
I wait
"Sir they aren't picking up- I will have them call you back at your phone # if they come in. Oh, IF they come in? Some job they must have where they can just choose to come in. And, yes, you guessed correctly: No one ever called me back.

Thanks India.

Look I'll eat the $200 after awhile because it's a small percentage of my bankroll, but I'm still gonna put up a fight to get it.

If you guys don't wanna deal with shady practices and India then I recommend staying away from this casino.
