Hello,

I have the impression that Golden Riviera Poker is a dead company. I deposited $200 2 weeks ago, in the hope to receive their $50 bonus. Two weeks and about 10 mails later, the bonus account is still not in my account. If they don't reply by the end of the week, I will withdraw my money and return never again. So my advise is: stay away from Golden Riviera Poker!

Sorry to break it to you, but this is old old news. GR has a long history of not crediting bonus's, replying to emails etc...Their CS is one of the worst. In general they are one of the worst. Do some research in the future before depositing into sites. It'll save you lots of headaches.

Yeah, it's always a good idea to post here about a site before depositing. Someone could have told you that this would happen. /images/graemlins/frown.gif

Have you tried a phone call, some poeple have reported that was the quickest way to get the bonus credited.

Try contacting Vegas Partner Lounge. They are managed by them.

Excellent point. I never deposit at any casino unless I have confirmation that they are reliable and pay out.

Try emailing the casino email adress, thats how I got in touch with them after a dozen unreplied mails. This was about a year ago, of course they screwed me out the bonus.
Also try contacting your affiliate maybe they can help you.

Cheers, kristoffer

U should have done a search for this mate. A few of us had this problem there was a thread covering all you need to know. It was only a week ago so get searching. I got my money. phoning them as opposed to e-mailing them worked better for me.

I had no trouble getting bonus or cashing out promptly and without hassle in late May. Seems to me we have a case of a room being disorganized, not a case of a room deliberately trying to cheat. I think if you stay on it, you'll get your money. Keep us updated if you don't and I won't refer anyone else there.
