I am a Virginia state resident. I am planning a trip in august to Washington state to visit family. I will be there for two weeks and make a living as a poker prop. What are the laws and is this really a big deal? Whats the risk?

Well I'm not saying I live in Washington, but I have a cousin who does live there. He says it isn't a big deal, and he plays for a living too /images/graemlins/wink.gif.

im looking for a bunch of info on this as well. i did a search in 2p2 and it doesnt seem like they are particularly targeting the players but are aiming at the gambling sites. It seems like any owner of a blog/forum/website with links to gambling sites is also in danger. If your only going to be there for two weeks though, i cant see it being that much of a problem.

check the washington state gambling commission web site at www.wsgc.wa.gov (http://www.wsgc.wa.gov) for detailed info.
