Its actually deposit 300/600 bonus. You can do it in GBP (i did). Ask support and theyll let you do pounds. I got my cashout about 4-5 days after requesting it. It is cashable, best to clear with 4 line JoB.

Online support, the web site, and phone support all cite different information. Personally, I would go with what the web site says--and maybe confirm with phone support. Online support for this casino, for whatever reason, has been inconsistent with the promotions and their tcs.

BTW, when you sign up (and upon account creation), you should get a welcome email with all the available promotions (including ones you may not know about). Although some people and online support told me I couldn't get the $600 bonus on a $300 deposit, I still got it (see below). The bonus was automatically credited upon the qualifying deposit--and I believe this auto-credit works for all bonuses.

I was in the same situation almost a year ago... the bonus shown in Firefox wasn't the same in Explorer. This is a bug in their system and they know about it... If you really want it you can either hope to get it even if support says you can't as some ppl do or you can take a screen dump of the site showing the good bonus -> sign up and deposit for it and when you don't get it you argue and send them the screendump... A lot of ppl have done this and it works.. you have proof...

With casinos like this I suggest you always take a screendump of the T&C when you sign up. This group has gone from cashable to sticky and back to cashable a few times.. so proof of it beeing cashable when you signed up is crucial.. just a tip.

I cleared my Firefox cache and deleted files on IE. No change. I get one page when using IE and a different page using Firefox. Maybe something to do with my settings? In any case, phone support and live chat tell me the IE page (25% to $200) is current, and they tell me that they don't know what I'm talking about when I mention the other page.

I chatted with Timothy as well (unless there is more than one) with very different results. The chat transcript I quoted above is actually just the beginning. I went on for quite a while trying to get a better bonus than the 25% to $200. He wouldn't budge for me. I'm tempted to just deposit and see what I get. If I don'tike it I can have them cancel the bonus and withdraw my money.

And what are you playing to clear the bonus? Timothy gave me a list of prohibited games that seemed to include anything with a decent HA.

My experience so far:

I downloaded FROM the page (using Firefox) that says 500/800. I depositied 500 and got 300. I called up live support expecting my best chance to be that. It took 28 minutes (cell phone says so) for them to end up telling me that they'll give me $300 more now and that I should email support screenshots of the T&C and such...

Sidenote: I dont understand where the 500/300 came from. Even from their 'correct webpage' it says nothing of that bonus anywhere....

I think online support may be intentionally spouting vague or confusing information to "eager" people interested in some of their promotions to discourage bonus oriented players. Just a theory.

FWIW, anyone who signs up should receive an email with supposedly all the active promotions. 3 days ago I received the $600 on $300 deposit in my welcome email; went ahead and deposited the $300 and got $600 automatically.

My welcome email listed the $5000/$1000 bonus and the 25% to $200 bonuses. That was 11 days ago.

BJ and pontoon are definitely restricted games. Do not play these games.

I went ahead and cleared the WR in JoB even though some people were recently told specifically by support that now JoB is restricted but there is nothing about this restriction in the web site, and when I talked to support 3 days ago JoB wasn't in their restricted games' list for clearing the bonuses (I took a picture of this converation and of the web site for proof).

I played these guys and got paid. Took about 5 days. Not uncommon for them to take 7 days. If they F with someone I will fight, and then I will pull them.

I cannot be too specific about player stats, but I will say that players are up a SIGNIFICANT ammount at this place, and I have not heard a player complain about not getting paid.

The only real gripe I have with them is the 500/800 vs. 300/600 bonus. Some people are getting the 5/8, some are not. When I ask, I am getting mixed responses. My guy says the 5 for 8 is still live. I don't know what to say other then talk to CS prior to depositing, and find out what deal you can get.

Yeah, I just hit up 32 Vegas a couple days before and was insta-banned from MC.
