Empire bonus question...

I feel like such a n00b idiot for this question, but can you deposit for bonus, play a few hands, cashout, and redeposit later and still have the bonus pending? Im asking this because Im moving and will no doubt have new IP information at the new place and I wanted to have all my money in neteller beforehand. Im rambling, but can anybody answer my questions? Thanks
