Is anyone else having a problem getting them to pay? Is this normal?

There have been several people complaining about this. Just call them on the phone. Emails are rarely answered.

Are you talking about at the time of deposit, or at the time of clearing the bonus?

Yeah, it is quite strange because I received a 29$ bonus for the Top List of PP for the day but then why wouldnt they credit me with my 100 bonus also?

I cleared a bonus at Holdem tonight, and it was paid within minutes.

Getting close to 5 days now and I have $300 in bonus that should be in my account. Live chat said they are having technical difficulties. I called their support number and they lady there had no clue what I was talking about and said she'd forward my concern on to their technical team to credit the bonuses. Still waiting....

Glad to see I am not alone. I have a bonus that cleared yesterday and at this point, there is no sign of it. And my next one is not showing the remaining points needed for clearing.

Ugh, I deposited over a week ago and was waiting to play until this mess cleared up.

Someone post when they start crediting the bonuses.

This must only be a Pokerroom specific problem. Hollywood, EuroPoker, and Eurobet all gave me my bonuses the second that I cleared the points... and this is in the last week.

Anyone know how many pp/$ the MYBAD code is? Unless this was simple sarcasm which it may be. I wouldn't mind stacking a 7x there for when this gets cleared up...

I got mine today, three days after I cleared it. Usually they don't go this slowly, so maybe they're having software problems (beyond the fact that their software stinks, I mean).
