Make a new Titan Poker account?

i made an account through a website to get a no deposit bonus, but i got denied since i did one of their bonus's before. anyways, i found a different website with a free no deposit offer with titan and i need to make a new acocunt. I dont know how tho since after you make an account the "register new account" button is gone? Any help?
