View Full Version : Pokerroom "Green" bonus not paid?

Did this happen to anyone else? I cleared the 1000 hand requirement (the hand counter no longer appears on the bonus page) and they didn't credit me with $100. I've emailed support twice over the last 3 days and there's been no response. This is worse customer service than party. Does anyone know a phone number for Pokerroom or have any suggestions? I'm frustrated.

The way they cahnged there bonuses and lousy customer service is why i switched to Hollywood

Ditto, plus hollywood bonuses have been getting really good lately. That last $200 5X one rocked.

And I got a T-shirt :P
I mean 5X is great and all, but....Free T-shirt!!

The only thing is I run bad at hollywood, sooo bad.
