I purchased one of their bonus packages that you get for player points, for example i bought 70$ bonus package for 5000 player points, the way to clear it is to accumulate some more player points, exactly named and counted on their site as you clear it.

Now the problem, I accumulated enough points to clear the bonus and their web site clearly shows i completed the task but the bonus is not credited in my account?

Anybody knows the reason or the way it works?

It has been 24 hours since the bonus was cleared, nothing showing up in my account, and it has been 24 hours since I emailed them, nothing in my inbox either (but their support suks anyway - not new).

All help appreciated in advance!

Call them on the phone. It's the only way to get anything done with PR CS.

Guess I'll have to but I hate wasting half of my bonus on telephone bill

I believe you can e-mail them. There standard e-mail reply is about 21 days....But on the bright side the issue will likely be solves automatically by the time that they reply to your e-mail....

try live support via their website. you might not get a decent answer but at least youll get there quicker /images/graemlins/smile.gif

They've admitted to having problems and are working on it. Don't know how long it will take but no sense spending money just to be told the same thing.
