Is MANSION casino bonus cashable?

Talk to support. There's some nonsense about turning it into real money or something. They may have changed the T&Cs in the past week, but the same thing as you were describing was happening last week and support were able to make it cashable.

Once u wager it out, let support know that you want it withdrawlable and they'll make you wager the bonus amount 1x more, then it will be all yours. Mansion is a nice place.

I was encouraged by the 3 deposit, up to $525 casino promotion and deposited the first $200 to get the $100. I got it. When I checked my account, under the tab Earned Bonus, There are 3 bonus shown: the 3rd one corresponds to my $200 deposit, while the first two are those who correspond to the deposit I made (at their Exchangebook where I bet on sports) before June 21st. Somehow the system has mistaken these two deposit bonus (which are different than the current promotion, time-wise and wagering requirement-wise), and counted them toward this promotion.

What happened then was, when I finished the 1st bonus (and the one before, the 1st one was too old and expired), and deposited $350 for the second deposit bonus, the system didn't credit the bonus (I can't find it under earned bonus tab).

Yes. I deposited like $3k into the exchange twice and it incorrectly gave me the casino bonus on those amounts, so my WR was like $2800 on each bonus or something like that. I contacted chat and they agreed that the numbers were wrong and promised to get back to me when they sorted it out, but they never did and I haven't quite gotten around to following up. There's a problem on the way it computes the bonus if you made deposits into the exchange before you knew about the bonus.

I didnot even know the casino bonus at that time. I chatted with live support and they said that they would get back to me within 24 hours. just sent a follow-up email, waiting for the response.

Yes, that's exactly what happened to me. It was some odd amount between $90-100 and the WR was some odd amount like $2777.

If you don't mind, post the outcome. I've been meaning to follow up on it but haven't gotten to it.

i got 2 replies so far. the 1st one explained why my first two deposits are old bonuses thus have different wagers and why one of them are expired.

i replied saying that i understood it and re-insisted that my question was why i didnot receive the 2nd bonus after 6/21.

the 2nd reply simply stated that my $200 was the 3rd deposit.

i re-re-insisted that the $200 deposit was the FIRST one after 6/21, waiting for their response. ..

they are pretty prompt on email response. the quality of the answers are poor tho.
