Which BJ card do you use on each site?

I was going through the starter guides on casinobonuswhore and casinodave and I noticed they offer different BJ cards for planetluck and starluck casinos. Which one do you use? Also, is it better to start out with just flat betting $1 or try to do progressive betting

Summary, Dave has an old incorrect card up there but will be updating it soon and I always recommend $1 bets, especially to newbies /images/graemlins/smile.gif
