Man, I thought there was sun in Vegas.

Pictured is Calderooni, Pickytooth, CSC and Bugstud. No clue about the others.

Congrats to CSC for the cashing yesterday. Good work dude!

Obviously PhotoShopped. I have never seen a picture of that many 2+2ers in LV that did not include a stripper pole or a keg.

Am I crazy or does UCLA look a little bit like Microbob?

I can see it a little bit with the head-tilt (my head typically tilts to the right as well) and the receding hair-line.

But UCLA looks to be about 6-1 or so perhaps (at least he looks taller than CSC) whereas I check-in at a towering 5-6.

ucla is really tall. i guess like 6'4". wish i had made the pic, but it was nice meeting rich(yabistad), mike(mlg) and paul(ucla). hope to see you all sometime soon.

Yeah. but you wouldn't look cool if you stood up straight... 6'5-6'6 could definately be right though. its hard for me to estimate accurately for tall people being 5'8.

This is random, but a friend of mine once told me her brothers used to wait until one fell asleep and then give him a wine enema. Apparently, the result is you wake up totally hammered with no idea why. While I can see the humor, the logistics seem pretty creepy, and I don't understand how he'd sleep through that. She told me this like it was a very normal family interaction.

I am eagerly awaiting the trip report. I only caught the last 20 minutes as I was busy pwning elsewhere. It was really cool that Tony G was playing and durron had far more railbirds by the end than Tony G did.

did any of you guys see tonyg in a bathrobe at the rio earlier this week? funny story. apparently someone called up the rio and got his hotel room # and called him. they acted like they wanted him for a photo shoot with him, phil hellmuth, and some other pros. tony was supposedly really excited. they then told him that he had to wear a bathrobe and he did. he was down from his room and onto the main floor in like 5 mins and no photo shoot. lol. theres a pic of him on his blog.

Do they allow cameras inside the room or are these taken with a cell phone?

They allow cameras in the room with two stipulations,

1) No flash
2) Lenses must be no longer than 2 inches, which limits you to compact cameras. The photos I took from the 27th I did with a Nikon D50 and I was told that kind of camera was not permitted unless I had a press pass by security. Which is crazy because the D50 is an entry level DSLR and no self respecting pro would use a D50.

If you ever decide to go to the WSOP to get a glimpse of some pros, I'd definitely suggest going during the HORSE event (assuming they do it again). Wall-to-wall pros, very few regular Joe's makes it very easy to get some good photo opportunities.
