Yeah, that's what I don't get. They say it "can't be combined" with the monthly, but I don't see how it would have anything to do with the monthly.

I'll do this one tonight and see what happens next week when I deposit for the July monthly.

I just deposited to get the bonus. It showed up in my account as two separate bonuses, which seems to indicate that a larger deposit would have yielded me more money:
