Can I open an account at MGC? How about Online Casino? and other Playtech casinos?

MGC - yes, different group (cpays)
online casino - same group (casino blasters) - you may be able to open an account but do not expect a bonus; if you do get a bonus from more than one casino in this group be advised (see other threads) that confiscation of your money is a possibility.
