I have completed the William Hill bonus but am unable to cashout. On the bonus page it shows that the requirements have been met, however when I get to the withdraw page it shows a 0.00 balance. I don't understand I can sit down with my balance and it shows that the full requirements are met but when I go to cashout it shows my account balance as 0....?
