Crypto Casino and Poker Bonuses

I'm sure this has been addressed here before, but I'll ask again. Is it permissable to do both the casino and poker bonuses in the same month here? I know intercasino is one or the other, but how about William Hill and Littlewoods?

I'm pretty sure LW has always been hand based. dealt hands in the WAY beginning, 200 MPP's since.
