How many raked hands is needed to complete the $50 deposit bonus on this site?

250 hands raked at 0.25c to complete the requirements. They rake it at 5$, so sometimes lower stakes have juicy tables with average pots over 5, but it consistently cleares fast at 1/2 full ring limit. I did it in under 400 delt hands. Not sure about NL, but there is more traffic there.

It's been five days since i met the 250 raked hands requirements and I STILL have not received my bonus. I have e-mailed them several times and not had one response. It's a joke. Don't use them if you plan on getting a quick return on your money. /images/graemlins/mad.gif

Same here except its been two emails, two days. no response. i'm going to call them today.

I'm not sure what email you used, but try support@goldenrivieracasino.com, it worked fine for me when I did this bonus.

I have used support@goldenrivierapoker.com as it suggests on its own website. I have also used support@goldenrivieragroup.com stated on bonuswhores. In addition I have tried the support form on the site itself. Just for you I will try the one above too.

By my experience, I have noticed that's a better way to get an answer from them than to send an email directly.

A friendly reminder: Always do some research about sites before depositing there as GR has been the source of plenty of threads about slow cashout/not crediting bonuses..etc.

I am currently waiting on my bonus from GR as well. I actually did get a response from them that said I had only played 80 raked hands. Now... maybe I'm crazy... but the software has a feature right at the top of the lobby that tells how many rakes hands you have played in. I played 253. Am I losing my mind or are they just that off?

I called them yesterday and they credited my account within 15 minutes. That is definitely the way to go.

I think the pot has to reach $5 so that is the discrepancy. It didn't take long @ 50NL.

I've received 2 automated resonses from the above email. I tried calling the 888 number on the website and pressed 1 for English and it takes me right into a busy signal. Nice.

Update: I called back, the busy signal was weird sounding, I let it be busy for a bit then Chico answered. He told me I had enough raked hands and to email support@goldenriviera.com, which is a bad email address. I have emailed about 4 or 5 of there assortment of emails so we'll see what happens. He said it would take a few hours.

Man, I think bonus whoring is going to be a pain in the ass!

I received my bonus from Golden Riviera this morning and cashed out with no problem. Now we will see how long it takes to get to my Neteller. Overall not bad, easy to clear...just kind of a hassle to get ahold of them, but hey it's an easy $50.

Apparently it's one day pending while GR process it, and 1-2 days to be credited in your neteller account.
