Downloads for free money?

Every once and a while I'll get a poker room that deposits some small amount of free money or free bonus money in an account I've never used or haven't used in a while. Nevertheless, I don't have accounts at more than 15% of the poker rooms out there. Is it worth it to create accounts everywhere just on the off chance some freebies show up? Do any poker rooms still do that?
