IN their T and C, it says

If you attempt to withdraw more than twice (2) without meeting the requirements, you will forfeit your bonus, and have your purchase and winnings refunded if possible.

I deposited 100 and got 100 bonus. Withdrew my 100 and played with the 100 dollar bonus. Made some money cashed out, this is my second time. Then i tried withdrawing a third time and immediately reversed it because of what their T and C says. Anyone knows if u can withdraw more than twice even though u havent met the hand requirments? I am confused what they mean by attempt? Does a withdraw and a reverse counts as one?

this is new. I guess I'm just in for one big tourny there now instead of a few 22's and 33's.

Thats sucks.

It means that if you withdraw a third time, the sticky $100 bonus disappears. You still get your winnings and what not however.

Hmm, I didn't see that when I signed up. I withdrew $90 of my original deposit. Played a 110 sng, won it, and have a 140 withdrawal pending (left 110 to play another). I guess if I win my next one, I'll just have to grind out the bonus.

I've done three withdrawals, my initial deposit plus two of pure profit, and the bonus money is still there - I'm playing with it as we speak.

i emailed them and they tell me that if i do it a 3rd time, i will forfeit my bonus money.

i get this email from cs

if you attempt to withdraw before meeting raked hand requirements, you will be advised to continue wagering and the funds will be returned to your casino account. If you attempt to withdraw more than once (1) without meeting the requirements, you will forfeit your bonus and winnings, and have your purchase refunded if possible.

I am confused. I withdrew after the 1st deposit. Then withdrew another 29 dollars on my winnings which makes it the 2nd one. So i have now 200 dollars there because i m up. Does that mean if i withdraw a 3rd time, say 75 dollars, i lose everything?

Looks like they did change the T&C from when I signed up.

I deposited 100
got the 100 bonus
withdrew 90
played a 110 5 man SNG and won 250 /images/graemlins/cool.gif
cashed out 140 (still pending)
have 110 in my account

I'm going to wait for the 140 to hit neteller before I do anything. I guess then I'll take another shot at a big SNG or MTT and grind out the bonus if I score.

I e-mailed CS to see if I was locked into the terms when I signed up. Quick answer is "no". My deposits and withdrawals are in the quote above.

Here is the (very prompt) response from CS.

"Hi Bonus Whoring Vermin,

Thank you for your email.

Unfortunately Vermin the time period that you registered the account will not exclude you from the current terms and conditions; it
will not be possible to withdraw the deposits and winnings apart from the bonus credited to the account.

The $90 withdrawal has already been processed to the Neteller account; unless the raked hand requirements have been met the pending ."

This kinda sucks, but I guess since I'll have 250 sitting there I'll just have to grind it out So I'll see the rest of you who thought it would be a Pacfic like bonus at the tables. Really, please come grind it out with me its so dead there!

I was gonna ask if anyone knew if there was a minimum withdrawal, but I guess if you already took out your initial deposit you can't withdraw ANYTHING - winnings or not - before you hit the 1k raked hands. Is that about right?

I'm still confused. My 140 withdrawal hit Netller a few minutes ago and I still have 110 in the poker account, so your milage may vary. Time for another tourney I guess, then grind out the bonus if I win.

I just looked at the T&C again and don't see anything about
a time limit on playing the hands except this:

[ QUOTE ]
The Poker room management reserves the right to end this promotional offer at any time.

[/ QUOTE ]

That doesn't sound like it means you've got to meet the requirement by any particular date to me. Seems like they're just saying the bonus offer could end at anytime.

Any thoughts from people better able to translate?

Well it also means the wagering requirement extends to infinity. I never finished the wr from the initial deposit, and I want to give them back the bonus, but now they wont even give me back my recent deposit for a 20% bonus. I hate Royal Vegas.
