Good limit book that isnt based on the basics but doesnt jump past the mid level theory stuff either. Ive been playing poker for 4-5 years so my basic knowledge of the game is there but Im moving from NL to limit and I want to learn more about starting hands in full rings games compared to 6 max games, saving that extra BB on losing hands, etc.

Any books out there that breaks this down would be great.

Top Limit Hold'em book out there is Small Stakes Hold'em.

I don't care what Ed and Mason say, it's not a book for beginners (and I mean that in a good way, guys /images/graemlins/smirk.gif).

After that, it would be Hold'em Poker for Advanced Players, although I'd read Theory of Poker between SSH & HPFAP.

Save yourself some time - Buy all three at once and read them all. You'll be glad you did. /images/graemlins/wink.gif

The first line of SSH is "This is not a beginners' book." I don't think Mason and I are under delusions.

And thank you for the recommendation. /images/graemlins/smile.gif
