PartyPoker Bonus for PokerPlayersAlliance Sign-up at Cashout

After making a cashout from Party to Neteller, I get a page asking me to join PPA for $20 and Party will then deposit $25 into my account. The problem is by the time the cash hits neteller I can't find the page. Party's staff was of no help. Anyone have a link?

I haven't had to deposit yet(knock on wood). I got the free $100 through PSO a few months back and have been very lucky so far.
