I recently signe dup with Europoker to get in on their massive WC bonus. However, stupid as I was, I made a withdrawal beforeplaying.
Hence, my account has been blocked.
I was asked to send in some ID, which I did, no problems. My account is fully legit.
I was just wondering how do they make these verifications? Do they actually contact my government to have them verify that I do exist? If I send my drivers license will they contact my local official motor office (don't know the English term for that)?
Or do they just want some kind of proof that I do in fact exists, and am not just a madeup name?
