I just got my friend started on casino whoring. He did Starluck, Planetluck, Intercasino, and Littlewoods all no problem. He gets to Will Hill and tells me that his cashout was not approved in his NETeller. I told him he probably miscalculated his bonus and that his balance was probably sitting back in his Will Hill account. He goes back for his money (70 GBP) and its not there. Its been 4 days and he's contacted them via email once per day with no response. Anyone else ever have anything like this happen to them? Any advise? I feel bad because he was skeptical in the first place and now hes thinking these places rip you off. Thanks 2+2.

I dont know anything about casino bonuses but in my experiences with William Hill I know that they are slow to respond to emails, and at some point his money will make it back to him one way or the other. Whenenver I tried to make a withdrawal that failed it would take about a week and a half before the money was put back into my account. He will be fine they are just a little slow.

Will Hill is a very good casino but their customer service does not reply to emails well. You would have to call them. I would have your friend recheck to see if he met the WR because I know of no other reason Neteller wouldn't work for a cashout there.

I never understand this. Its an 800 #, call. I have never emailed anyone with any kind of serious question, and its funny, because I've never had a problem with any sites customer service.

Bonus is awarded when the WR is met. I'm not sure what you mean by "before bonus clears", but if the bonus isn't cleared, it is usually because the WR hasn't been met.

I usually try live chat and email first just so I have a record of what their response is... but, yea, if I don't get a promt response (typical of WH and couple other places) a phone call is usually the best way to get business done...

I have had the same issue with WIll Hill. See my post here (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showthreaded.php?Cat=0&Number=6230780&an=0&page=3# Post6230780) about my neteller deposit from Will Hill to neteller being declined. THis happened two days ago and I have not heard anything and my money is no where to be found.
