ok 3 players in a pot in a limit game. river is turned, players A and B check, player C announces bet then dealer turns the river card before A and B act or player C gets his chips in the pot. another player confirms the verbal declaration of bet from player C. the hand is stopped and the floor guy comes over. what should be the ruling??

sure. but the fact is that the exposed river card needs to be withdrawn and replaced in the deck. the action is then completed, the deck reshuffed and a new river dealt
