Problems installing Planetluck software

hi all. i just finished clearing the starluck 100 bonus and then i deleted starluck, went to cash out and download planetluck and planetluck is having issues. i'm not sure if the problem is on my side or your their side. starluck is having issues as well. when i go to their websites i download the exe but when I run it and it tries to connect to the server to download the files, it can't connect.

I've been on the phone with support from planetluck, I've e-mailed them and also chatted with them online. They are no help. I was just wondering if anyone else was having trouble connecting to either of them.

I was wondering if you guys could do me a favor and download planetluck's exe and try to run it for me. i just want to see if any of you are able to connect to the server and start downloading the files. if it doesn't work then just respond and tell me and if it does then just cancel it and tell me. i'd appreciate it so much. i really wanna get the planetluck 100 bonus cleared since i already did the starluck one.

Starluck's & planetluck's download server seems to be down...

I tried it and yeah its not connecting to the server..On a side note even when I could connect to the server b4 it still woudln't install on my computer. Starluck was the same way until someone posted a diff link to their .exe and that one actually worked. Too bad I never get planetluck to install on my comp no matter what /images/graemlins/frown.gif.

How many days have u been trying to get planet for out of curiosity dave?

is their online chat feature not working for you guys either? it keeps disconnecting me after a minute or so.

I had to turnoff spy sweeper and maybe zone alarm to
install planetluck. So it might be your security programs
blocking th install.

Ive tried at least 5 diff. times on 5 diff occasions. Just wouldn't install. Ill take the other posters advice and disable my virus software and see if that makes a diff.

I can't run Planetluck or Starluck software either.

It installs with no problems, but when I run the software I get an error msg and the computer locks up. I've contacted them several times about it but have gotten no solution.

And about the live chat, yeah it disconnects every time after about a minute...

I got the exact same problem, some component is reported missing and the program does not work.
One curious thing is that the process starluckcasino uses 99% of my CPU capacity until I kill it in the task manager.
I contacted support and got another download link and instruvtions but the problem remains....

I had a similar type of problem with aceclub. I would have to re-download the software every 2nd time I would want to play. The 1st time after downloading the program it worked fine, the 2nd time it would just go dead. I would double click 3 or 4 times then just give up and have to re-download the software. Very annoying.
