Hi...

I'm wondering what I'm supposed to do regarding Utility Bills if I don't HAVE any utility bills? I'm a college student so all I have are bank statements. Plus, my bank statement address doesn't even match my driver's license. So how the hell am I supposed to process my withdrawals here?

Plus, I signed up for Online Casino after GP and they never gave me a bonus, so I want to cash all my money out of OC which I have NEVER PLAYED THERE and I STILL need all these docs? That's some crazy stuff.

I used a voided check instead. Talk to them and you may find other options.

I had same problem as you, When i phoned them i found that they would accept all sorts of substitutes. I ended up using a scholarship letter that had my address on it.

Moral of story, dont play at GP. This is an intentional hassle to slow pay you they are famous for. E veryone goes through this and there is no reason for it. It took them over 3 weeks to cash out my money.

I'll second that. Once I finally sent them my stuff they said I had to refax (at my own cost, of course) the license copy because it was too dark. When I talked to them about it they said that they could see all the numbers of my birth year except the last one. "So you know that I was born in 1970-something, making me of sufficient age to withdraw no matter what, but you're just going to act like an automaton and not let me cash out?" Yup.

I for one had no problems cashing out. I used my digicam to take pictures of my credit card and license plus a phone bill. Mailed it to them and had 1500$ in Neteller pretty fast (don't remember if it was a matter of hours or a matter of days, but it wasn't a week).

I got mine in less then a week. Simply e-mailed a copy of my License, creditcard, and bank statement. Easy pickums :-).

Or just get approved for cashout before you play there. That is what I'm trying to do. If I face any hassles I will post them here.

I used onlinecasino which is owned by GP. I sent in my utility bill, license, and check statement. I did this all before I even deposited. Took less than a day for approval. If you dont have an electric bill, try a cellphone bill.

Their cashout time will average between 3-4 days usually.

Here is some email correspondance between myself and GP regarding identity verification (damned top-posters!):

Hello,We require these documents no matter how you cashout. Any document send to you via post that shows your registered name and address would suffice in lieu of the bank statement.

Hi,

I am in the process of cashing out for the first time, and have thus just
received an email stating that I need to provide a scan of a bank
statement and other things. My problem is that I have no paper bank
statements, I only get electronic ones. Besides, I'm not going to cash out
to my bank account, only to my Neteller, do I still need to go through
these routines? How do I proceed?

[/ QUOTE ]On a side note; beware that they email your password in clear text. From here on out I think I'm going to follow the very good advice of using unique passwords for every casino I whore.

I said I would report back here when about the whole Golden Palace experience. Well, I just got my cashout and overall I am pretty satisfied. I give it 9 out of 10.

I did something another poster on this thread recommended: I got approved for cashout before ever making a deposit. This is what I did: I took a digital photo of my DL, car insurance bill, and bank statement. I also photoed my student ID, as I live in Louisiana (I'm about to graduate from LSU), but I have a Mississippi DL. I was halfway expecting a hassle about this, but I just told them what the del was and they were fine with it. Honestly, it was really not THAT much of a hassle -- definately worth it to get this bonus. I highly recommend doing this before hand to ensure a smooth cashout process. GP is legit, and will not steal yr money, but it's better to make sure. I mean, why worry about this at cashout time when you can handle it before you ever deposit?

The cashout time was about 5 days for me. A little long, but I'm not complaining too much. Overall, a nice clearance. I came out ahead ~$230. I wagered $5 a hand single handed and it cleared pretty well.

Some poker sites have many tricks to delay the cashouts and have their "dear" customers jumping through hoops. My advice: donīt play at sites which force their customers to jump so many hoops. Keep it simple.

Golden palace is too good of a bonus to miss out on! I scanned my passport/switch card/car tax thingy.. blocked out most of the numbers with mspaint, emailed it off and had my cash out in neteller 5 days later /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

2 Questions.

Can I do this if I already have a Golden Palace Poker account?

What is the e-mail address you send the stuff to?
