Requirements are 7X or 840 FPP's. It's always been 5X, Stars bonuses becoming more difficult but better than nothing.

If they become monthly bonuses as the name suggests (June Bonus) then I won't mind the extra clearance requirement.

Weird, I never got an EMail.

So if its 7FPP's per dollar, and everyone earns double FPP's I'd be totally cool w/ this basically being a 3.5X playthrough.

How's the clearance rate @ $50 NL?

DeepCroak

Has anyone tried this yet to see if it's double FPPs for everyone? I didn't get the email either, I was assuming normal FPP rate. I'm wondering if double FPPs is account specific. If it's double for everyone, then it's time to play!

at the old 5x clearance $50NL would be pretty miserable since you you need five $20 pots to get $1 in bonus. At this new 7x clearance rate it would take a long time playing $50NL.

questions
Do Stars bonuses expire? How long do we have to clear this bonus?
Can I deposit $600 for the full bonus and then withdrawl some of it while still clearing the bonus?

The 2nd base point will make a huge difference to clearing at 3/6 or higher. I bet it still takes as much time as a 5x once you get to 5/10.

Did the last double FPP clear towards bonuses at double also?

Dumb newbie type question here. I moved $700 from Stars to Party last Thursday to do the Party reload money. I should clear it tonight or tomorrow. If I move the same $700 back from Party to Stars, will I still get the bonus even though I cashed out the money a little over a week ago. My quess is that it doesn't matter since I cashed out the money from Stars a week before the bonus was announced.

Thanks for any replies to the dumb question.

From Stars website.

Note: Only your Base FPPs will be applied toward releasing your pending bonus. Base FPPs are FPPs earned through cash games and tournaments at the same rate as regular FPPs but do not include the bonus points earned during the accelerated VIP period. Any bonus FPPs you earn through the VIP Club will not count toward releasing your bonus. Click here to learn how to earn Base FPPs.

yes, the wait period to withdraw is 48 hours.

Some people have deposited for every reload, withdrawn all their money after 48 hours, and done this over and over without playing a hand there (thus building up 6 or so reloads stacked-up and waiting to be cleared dating back several mths).

That's why the language regarding getting the extra FPP and VPP at a $3 raked pot specifies that you get an extra "BASE" point. That means it does work towards clearing the bonus.
