I recently signed up for New York casino and busted out before clearing the initial bonus. I then got an email saying I was eligible for an 80% VIP bonus which I accepted (12x deposit + bonus). There were several prohibited games including bj and video poker. Pontoon, though was not listed as prohibited anywhere on the site. I cleared the bonus playing pontoon and cashed out. Two days later I got an email saying that I had not fulfilled the bonus terms. Live help said that I had played a prohibited game and still needed to fulfill the wager requirements. I explained that the site did not list pontoon as a prohibited game and challenged them to show me where this was listed. I was told to contact email support. I did this and received the following message:

plesae be advised that you have not met the wagering requirements, in order to make a successful deposit will need to wager a further $10,800 in allowed games.

Here is a list of the restricted games: all Black Jack or Pontoon, all Sic Bo, all Roulette and all Baccarat.

[/ QUOTE ] I just replied stating that NOTHING on the site says that I can't play pontoon and that I expect to be able to cash out my balance. For those of you with casino whoring experience, does it seem likely that I will be able to win here?

Uh, Pontoon is considered a type of Blackjack. If you were unclear on that, you should have asked them first.

You're probably screwed. Pontoon is considered BJ, but it should have been listed as well under prohibited games. Every other casino Ive seen that prohibits BJ also states they prohibit Pontoon.

A bit shady on their part as most recreational gamblers probably dont even realize Pontoon is a version of BJ.

You can always post on Casinomeister.com forums and see if anyone can be of more help.

Ok, I didn't realize this. Obviously it's related to BJ. I only have $200 left of my original $500 deposit so this isn't that big of a deal or worth any more of my time.

I seriously doubt you'll get it. I've been fighting with them for at least two weeks now trying to cash out my bonus. I wagered the 8000 in blackjack needed to clear the 20x D+B $200 bonus, finished up basically the bonus.

When I tried to cashout, they bounced the money back to my account, saying I still needed to wager 3200. I called them up and they said blackjack was not allowed. I then emailed them their T&C that I saved stating blackjack was OK. (Those terms have since changed on the site, from what I can tell). They emailed me back basically saying I couldn't play blackjack. I them emailed them back asking where the 3200 number came from. If blackjack isn't allowed, wouldn't my requirements be still 8000? I didn't play any other games.

They replied to this saying I still needed to wager $850 and they listed all the games I could play again, but this time blackjack wasn't listed. I called them up and basically lost my [censored] on them. They called the "finance department" and finally confirmed that I had clear the bonus. I then proceeded to cashout.

The next day I got an email saying I have not completed the bonus wagering requirements and that I need to wager 2150. I called them back and got the support team to send an email confirming that I have completed the requirements. I've now cashed out again (3rd time). Maybe this time I'll get a fourth ridiculous number that I supposedly have to wager. I'm not holding my breath with it.

In short, good luck. You're going to need it. If anyone's thinking of doing this casino, stay the hell away.
