sun poker royal flush jackpot

I just got a royal flush on sun poker low limits and the email i got 2 days ago says it pays 25% of $500 at the limits i was playing at. I contacted them and they are telling me it is not in effect at this time and I will not get a bonus. What can I do?

there is no royal flush bonus on that network anymore. no idea about that e-mail you got, but I highly doubt you will get anything.

I don't see it on their homepage but it was on a link I got in an email Jan 15th. Oh well I just couldn't believe when they said it was cancelled.
