I've been following PokerAce's blog for some time now. His most recent entry is pretty sad, but hopefully things will turn around for the guy.

His HUD program has been awesome, and I've enjoyed reading his blog. So for those who appreciate him, leave him a comment and let him know that he isn't alone out here.

Josh,

You have been incredibly generous with your time and extremely committed to PAHUD, which has resulted in an amazing product. For this you should be exceptionnally proud.

It seems to me that this is the beginning of an exciting new chapter for you with your upcoming move and newfound bacherlorhood. I am absolutely positive it will be a bountiful one as you are truly an excellent person, both in your professional dealings and otherwise.

When you come across a rough spot in the next few months, which is to be expected, do not hesitate to ask for a little help from time to time. You have many friends around you.

Cheers and good luck,
Sean

Didn't know he had a blog, I would of been a daily reader. Sucks that it's his last post.

PA is a very well done piece of software, the features, speed, stability, support, website and price are all top notch. I hope to see more poker software projects from his company in the future.

Thanks for the support everyone. It's never easy having relationship troubles, but this isn't news to me and I've had a lot of time to think things through and get over it.

I don't know what my future holds, but I'm looking forward to starting over and getting on with my life.

I want to take this chance to put a big thank you out to those of you who have supported PokerAce Hud by purchasing it and spreading the word to others. You guys have really helped me make PokerAce Hud what it is.

[/ QUOTE ]That's a good point. Josh, you once talked about other apps. (Hence "PokerAceHUD", not just "PokerAce".) Know that whernever you're ready to take-on other projects, this forum's excited to help any way we can.

I recommend PAHud to every poker-buddy who'll listen, but that's not a favor to Josh; that's just because my friends want the best software around. /images/graemlins/smile.gif Josh, if there's anything we can do to help-out, let us know.

Yuck! Who would want to live there?

Sure the women are hot, it's beautiful, and the food's great, but the government is always trying to find ways to ban videogames and gambling...

How can people tolerate living under such BS authoritarianism?

Good luck with everything - I don't think it was a fluke that you built the defacto standard in poker HUD's so I have no doubt your future is going to be bright.
