Does anyone know where a searchable database of stats related to all games played for the last several years exists (as described in the article).

I have been thinking of building one from scratch but if an accessible one already exists out there, I would love to hear about it (and would be willing to pay for it), as it would save me a ton of time as opposed to entering every game by hand.

I looked around a bit and could not find anywhere that has lines in excel formats. You can go to covers.com and get them on a team-by-team basis. It'll take some time to copy and paste, and you'll have to sort it out on excel or other database your are using. You can find other information at retrosheet.org - not lines, but information on the games. I'm using data on the scores by innings from retrosheet.org for my next article, which will be on First Half Betting in Baseball.
