maybe not a forum, but a way of labeling the post besides just putting "nsfw"... maybe change the color of the bg or something.

I think I have to disagree here. If you're browsing OOT at work, you should know to be careful. It's already policy there that if you're posting such content, you are to identify your post and links as such.
