Problems getting Golden Riviera bonus?

I signed up for Golden Riviera Poker (Prima) for their 100% $50 5x bonus, played the 250 raked hands, and emailed them as specified in the T&C. They say that the bonus is released within 12 hours of sending the email, but no bonus yet. I have sent 2 emails and it has been over 48 hours since the first (no response from either). Anyone do this bonus and/or have trouble getting it released?

I did it and only got half the bonus paid out after many emails to CS...gl

one thing to check is that you have actually played 250 hands. If you didnt do any cover play (i didnt) then its possible that they dont think you played enough hands and thats why they havent responded. Try checking PT raked hand count against their onscreen one.

When I did the GR bonus they were slow to pay up but it all worked out in the end...my problem initially was that I played 252 hands but they eventually replied back and said I had only played 247. go figure that one out /images/graemlins/smile.gif

So dont rely on their actual on screen hand counter. If youve met all your requirements you should get the money in the end. gl.

yeah, it will be slow...just need to be patient young jedi. I think it took me about 2 days but it came through. cashouts are also slow but thats 'standard'. /images/graemlins/frown.gif

honestly, I wouldnt start panicking just yet, just give it time.....if curious, try a search for golden riviera and/or riverbelle as there are threads on this and similar slowness with the riverbelle bonus. myself and a few friends have whored thes bonuses and we all got the cash in the end.

oh, if you can find a customer service number then you might get quicker results by calling it. I dont know if they have one but surely they do (am at work so cant do any checking but I wouldnt call it long distance from australia anyways)

Same here, except I played 252 and they said it was only 248.

I emailed support@goldenrivieracasino.com and got responses back usually around an hour later. Cashout took about 20hrs.

definitely go their casino and use the email for support there. There is also a 800 number listed on the casino you can use. I had the same trouble.

Support on the phone said to use the casino's email address. When I did, it appeared a few hours later. It appears the poker email isn't being monitored. Now I'm wonering how long the cash out is going to take...its been about 36 hours.

I just got my bonus. Took about 4 days for them to send it. Despite some delay, this was an easy $50 (plus $22 from total domination of $.25/.5 6-max LOL/images/graemlins/grin.gif)

Don't forget to wait an hour after you're done playing to let their servers log your hands. When I play, I always notice that the shown raked hands don't really reflect what their servers have. To demonstrate this, try to register for the 100 raked hands freeroll right after you play 100 raked hands, you usually can't enroll until an hour after you play.
