UB bonuses?

i deposited at UB and they say there's a 500$ bonus but i can't see any bonus section in my account /images/graemlins/confused.gif

is there anywhere i can check this or do i just have to guess?

i wrote the support.
they forgot my deposit bonus , too. there was no excuse or something like that (they trashed some bonus $ this way /images/graemlins/frown.gif )
after my request it was viable in the cashier.
