hi, never played this before yesterday, saw my friends playing it so i decided to take a shot. i won a few hands but then i had a streak where i dont know exactly how many but i lost between 55-75 hands in a row, is this normal and also what are the odds of not winning a hand in this amount of hands?

according to wizard of odds, the probability of getting a "nothing" hand in LIR is about 76%. so any long losing streak is definitely possible.

It's the worst table game most casinos currently have. Expect to lose quite a bit, as 76% of your hands are losers.

Things'll even out in the long run. I definitely wouldn't give up after losing that many hands in a row, you're due.

That said, Let It Ride really is a big HA game. Personally, I find roulette to be one of the only really "beatable" games in the casino, provided you bet intelligently.

the problem with let it ride is that you keep having to let your bets ride which really favors the house. the more times you win the more likely it is that youll lose the less hand so letting it ride is a good way to lose alot of money

I don't understand what you mean by this.

all luck evens out after a while. that means if youve won 3 times in a row its more likely youll lose the next time. if you win and let your bets ride, youre betting more money as an underdog.

ok, the first troll account you made was kind of funny, but creating multiple trolling accounts and clogging up the forums by having conversations with yourself seems like a good reason to get IP banned.

No, it isn't. Caribbean Stud is worse. So is roulette. There may be others.

I lose about 90% of the poker hands I play, but I still win money because of the other 10%.

LIR is like the "worst of both worlds" game--there's a ~3.5% HA, plus it has a weighted pay table, so being able to "enjoy" the full -3.5% return on your money depends on hitting the royal or SF once in a while. Ugh.
