Im pretty new to casino whoring (started in January of this year) but I have had many memorable experiences so far.

Some highlights include:

The good
not hitting a royal flush in video poker for my first ~90,000 hands (about 3 months worth of play) then hitting 3 within a 2 week period!

doing cover play without a bonus with roulette (my first time ever playing for real money) and my first four spins getting nothing and then I hit 3 numbers in a row; too bad I was only betting $2 at a time.
Just to make it more clear, these were my only spins ever in roulette and I only bet on a specific #.
lose, lose, lose, lose, win, win, win, lose then I left. I'm pretty sure that's more than a 1 in 100,000 shot or greater; can some one confirm?

The bad
Doing blackjack ballroom's bonus playing video poker thinking it was a 30x b(400)+d(1000)=42,000 worth of wagering (ev of bonus= +$206), but later found out that video poker only count 10% towards wagering so I actually had to wager $420,000!!!! (new ev of bonus= -$1,532!!!) lucky I was able to forfeit the bonus and withdraw what I had in my account after ~45,000 of wagering but it still sucked because I thought I had completed wagering with a nice extra $400 in my pocket.

Im sure some of the more experienced whores have better stories then mine.

My most memorable experience was one of my earliest. The first month I did the old Totalbet and UKBetting 25 GBP risk free bonuses I turned them into roughly $1100 USD running insanely hot at pontoon.

I remember when I got started whoring:

Paradise was offering some $25 sportsbook bonus for $25 in wagers. I did 13 $2 bets and won like 8 or 9 of them. Cashed out $25 bonus plus 10 or so in winnings, for like 10 minutes of work. I was hooked from then on.

I did the Casino Rewards group in £ on autoplay and ran super hot. I ended +6k but it took about 2 months to get my money from them.

Ahh, I remember it like it was yesterday.....

Casino Europa, monthly bonus. Ran it up to 1500 playing BJ, but was nervous about a big cashout, as this was my first over 1k. So I cashed out 1200 and kept 200 stashed in the accont (100 of it was sticky), and waited for the money to hit Neteller. Nothing like seeing that first one over 1K hit Neteller. After it hit, I ended up almost repeating the above two more times with that 200, for a total of 3500. My site went up shortly after that.

Second most memorable:

I was checking out this site called Mr Hwatu, it is just like Cherry and Euro. Anyways I wanted a trip report on the place, so for some reason I thought at 4AM after smoking a fatty that this was a good time. 200 deposit bust, 200 deposit bust, the third one I was only thinking I just want to see how long a cashout would take. Bust. 4th 200 deposit I am steaming and tilting away, end up running it up to 2K. This all took about a half an hour from start to finish.

I hit a royal flush without drawing on a 10 play jacks or better. (So I held all the cards and hit 10 royal flushes in one hand).

I was betting the minimum, so I cleared $4,000.

I was autoplaying Jacks or Better while out mowing the lawn, I came back and had hit a royal and was up like 1400.

Ahhh...the good ole days...

Like others, this was when I first started casinos...

It was playing Aces...was down to my last $50 while ~halfway through the WR playing BJ...and I was on rabid wild boar monkey tilt...decided to try the old double or nothing method with the last $50...bet it all five straight times, won all of them...cashed out ~$1600...the $800 bet is still the biggest bet I have ever made.

They banned me not long afterwards...

I got a letter from BetOnUSA offering me a free $50 with no deposit. In the fine print, it said you had to bet it 10 times, and you could only cash out between $1000 and $1500. I ran it up to $1050, and they actually paid me. It got me thinking how ridiculous it is for people to work anywhere for minimum wage. I made a month's salary at McDonalds in 20 minutes, risk free.

I was autoplaying some JoB 50 line during the night and when i woke up I had hit a pat royal for over 2k. This was back in my early days so I was nervous about the cashout but it eventually came.

I feel this way all the time when playing poker or casinos.

Ahhh yes, I remember it like it was yesterday...

The Day I Learned About Variance

I had busted out on the sign up bonus at Diamond Deal casino, which is a Playtech. They sent me an email offering a reload of 100% up to $300 (cashable). This was back when they still allowed BJ switch to clear bonuses. I don't remember what the WR was, but it didn't matter because with comp points, the game was +EV even without a bonus.

I bet $50 a hand ($100 per deal) and somehow got it up to about $8K. At this point, I thought they'd ban me for sure if I cashed out, even though I'd wagered well over the requirement. So I decided to play a few hands betting the max of $500 to try to lose some of it back, and also to make it look like I'm just a degenerate gambler and not a whore.

About 10 hands later, I had it up to $13K. Since I had just about doubled my net worth, I couldn't help but run around the house cackling like an evil genius for about 20 minutes.

When I'd settled down, I started thinking about an idea I'd been daydreaming about ever since I started whoring Playtechs: If I bet $200 a hand, I can wager 80K per hour. 80K per hour with a .05% advantage is $40 an hour. SWEET! I'm gonna be a professional BJ switch player!

So I logged back in and started my new career. One hour of $200 bets later, I had $1.5K.

I cashed out with a $1.2K profit after about 2 hours of play. I never thought a $600 hourly rate would be so depressing.

Jeez, with that betting pattern I'd be offering you some sweet reloads, not banning you.

I was doing the third deposit bonus in a series of three total at some casino, I forget which. The first two worked fine but overnight they changed the rules so that VP no longer counted for the requirement. The -EV of playing any other game was enough to wipe me out long term so I basically took a freeroll on $200 a hand Pai Gow. Of course I got kind of into it and went on a tear, ran it up to 1500 and then finished the requirement on auto play at $5...ended up cashing out something like $1150 on what should have been a ~$150 EV bonus . /images/graemlins/grin.gif

My most memorable experience has been actually typing $1000 into the withdrawal box at bet365 last month. That's the only time I've ever hit that high, I did all the low hanging fruit minbetting because I needed the bankroll. Now I play $1 JoB /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Just a month ago, was doing a bonus with big bets at single handed JOB ($25 per hand), ran nice amnd was about 600 above my deposit. Then i had the strange idea that some Coverplay would be a good idea and kept playing at $25/hand (not so good idea).
I almost busted my entire balance (including almost a grand
of my own money).
And then this hand came, i was already a bit tired and arguing with myself that i should stop and get at leat the last couple of hundred bucks remaining out there.
I got QJ suited (again nothing) and saw an A, K and T coming.
Oh nice a straight for 100 bucks i thought...
But wait...
Hey they are all of the same suit!!!
My balance suddenly showed 20k something.
I couldnt really believe it, woke up my wife but she didnt
even realized what i told her (was something like 3 am).
I played the whole last year (for about 2 hours a day on average) to build up a bankroll and
now it was more than doubled by a single hand of JOB in less than a minute...

Mummies gold when they allowed autoplay BJ, deposited £50, set the autoplay going and went to bed. Woke up the next morning and cashed out just over £260

Wish I'd got into casinos before all the big ones started banning autoplay and BJ ;-(
