Three important points:

1) This is different than the bet365 POKER bonus which is in this thread. (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=0&Board=bonus&Number=5691208&page =0&fpart=1)

2) It is possibly account specific since I received it in an email. No bonus code was listed though.

3) The value of this bonus does not appeal to me personally due to the poor combination of the EV, the amount of time it would take to clear, and the amount of money I would risk. I will lay all of this out in more detail below.

The bonus offer is 15% up to $150 (deposit $1000 to maximize the bonus). The wagering requirement is 12xBD, which is 13,800 if you max the bonus. Their normal T&C applies. (I haven't done bet365 casino since my IDB, and at that time they allowed BJ. I didn't bother checking this time as I am not going to do this bonus. Please do your research.)

Here's the EV calculation:
Let's assume you max the bonusand play a game with a 0.5% HA. The wage requirement times the HA is your expected loss.
13,800 x 0.5% = 69
The bonus amount minus the expected loss is your EV.
$150 - 69 loss = $81.

$81 is not nothing, but keep in mind that it will take a while to wager 13,800. IIRC from my IDB, I played 500+ hands of BJ per hour with that software (I consider myself decent-good in terms of speed), so you can calculate how long it would take you to clear given your bet size of preference.

As a quick example, if you flat bet $4, you would wager $2000 an hour, and it would still take you almost 7 hours to clear the bonus. Your expected hourly rate would then be $10.50

Lastly, keep in mind that to maximize the bonus you must risk $1000 - significantly more than the bonus amount, or the EV. Keep in mind that you could LOSE. Basically, I guess if you have $1000 and it's expendable, you probably have bigger plans than $81 of EV or the hourly rate in my example above. As I said, not a great bonus, and I don't plan on doing it, but I thought I'd put it up here in case anyone was interested.
