The term says "Blackjack, Roulette and Craps do not count towards your minimum wagering requirement. "
It used to be Baccarat, Roulette and Craps. So I think it most likely is a mistake.

Goes to 'Cashier/My Promotions/Bonus', click on the bonus, you will see a list of eligible games which include all kinds of blackjacks.

Blackjack is working. Wagered some, then clicked the Cashier/My Promotions/Bonus page, and the amount I wagered was under 'Satisfied Requirements'.
