View Full Version : Golden Riviera - Slow / bad customer service

I recently signed up at Golden Riviera and cleared the 250 raked hands to qualify for their $50 bonus. I cleared the bonus on the 26th and emailed their support address as instructed. I heard nothing back and waited a couple of days and emailed again. They still have not replied back to me and I still have not received my bonus.

Has anyone else had this problem at Golden Riviera? Is this common to Prima skins? If not, which Prima skins have good support as i'd prefer to move my money to one of those.

I had the same problem. I emailed them 4 times in 4 days. The first time they emaile dme back they said I stil hadn't cleared it, which I had. The second time was two days later and they finally credited it for me.

I haven't cashed out yet becuase I haven't decided if I should do cover play because its Prima. I don't have any idea if cover play matters but I dont need the money ina rush so who knows.

FWIW you cant rely on their lobby rake counter...when I cleared it the lobby said I had played 252 hands...they emailed me to say 247. go figure /images/graemlins/smile.gif

They credited the bonus in two days to my account so it went fine in my case. I did some cover play just in case so that they don't come bitching in some other skin.

Ugh, I've now sent 3 emails in 5 days and have not had a single reply.

I just tried a cashout because I don't want to deal with their crap. I deposited using NETeller. Any predictions as to how long it takes for me to get it?

I think I recall a phone number existing for these a-holes. Try to hunt that down. You'll get much better CS by phone. 'Stosh

Thanks. I called their customer service number this morning and had it credited within 5 minutes. After this I think i'm going to move my money...hopefully cashouts aren't as slow.

No problem. Cashouts from Prima sites are pretty erratic. They usually range anywhere from 15-190 hours according to BW's. So good luck with that. 'Stosh
